Kayak the Nile Cruises: Short Haul Explorer Trip

 

This 3 hour trip covers the calmer sections of the Nile and gives you a chance to relax and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. Kayak the Nile are based at Nile River Explorers campsite, Bujagali Falls, Jinja. This is 8km downstream from the source of the Nile. The area offers flat pools and small rapids which are an ideal location for kayaking. Drift along with the gentle breeze past forested islands and take a dip in the warm pools...If you opt for the sunset trip, you will enjoy complimentary gin and tonics (or soft drinks) on our stunning riverside deck at the end of the day.

Jinja lies approximately 80km east of Kampala, and overlooks the ‘Source of the Nile'. Despite being one of Uganda's larger towns, Jinja remains a pleasant and breezy place to spend some time.
